2. Services & Intellectual Property

All web design, development, and maintenance services delivered by BLK Web Designs remain our intellectual property until all client balances and invoice milestones are paid in full. Upon full payment, final website design assets are transferred to the client.

3. Payment & Retainers

One-Time Projects: Deposit requirements and payment schedules are detailed in individual client service contracts.
Monthly Retainers: Recurring maintenance subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

BLK Web Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party plugin failures, cyberattacks, or client-managed content errors.

5. Revisions

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
